The Southwestern Rendezvous is a marine skills competition, bringing together several hundred Sea Scouts from California and the West. Sailing, Charting, Swimming, Rowing, Build-a-Boat, as well as the showcase events of Scuttlebutt and the Hell Drill are just some of the events youth participate in while staying on the base. All meals are served and there is a dance Saturday night.

Southwestern Rendezvous trainings will take place each Saturday from 2-4pm at SDYC.
