Race Committee Abandons Race 2 for Etchells
Due to the Race Committee failing to comply with RRS 33 (Changing the position of the next Mark) and Race Signals during the signaling of a change of course for the Etchells Fleet at the second leeward mark of Race 2, the Race Committee abandoned the race for the Etchells Fleet in accordance with RRS 32.1 (e).
