Open Positions:

Pool Lifeguards (Summer)

The San Diego Yacht Club will have 3 part-time openings for Lifeguards in the Summer. Seasonal employment will be from May-September 1000-1800, 7 days a week

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Current CPR and first Aid certificate
• Must pass drug test and physical exam prior to work
• Must have visual and auditory ability to respond to critical incidents, and the physical ability to act swiftly in emergency situations

Boat Yard Attendant

San Diego Yacht Club is hiring individuals for part time positions as Boatyard Attendants. The primary responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a neat and orderly dry storage boatyard
• Launch and retrieval of yacht club boats
• Staging and accommodation of member boats in yard and on the docks
• Successful candidate will be subject to background check

• Must be able to push and/or pull to up 75 lbs

Prior experience a plus

Summer hours range from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7 days a week
Winter hours range from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Wednesday through Sunday

$9 - $11 depending on experience
