In consideration of your acceptance of my reservation, I hereby agree to the following conditions:

I agree that I am an approved and paid member of the J-22 Fleet.
I agree to be the helmsperson and person in charge of the boat at all times.
I understand that my club account will serve as my damage deposit and may be charged up to $1000 for any damages incurred as a result of my usage of the boat.
I agree that I and all my crew members will wear our lifejackets at all times while on the water.
I agree to comply with all rules governing sailing vessels on the water.
I hereby release the Club, its officers, agents and committeemen from any and all liability for any injury to myself, crew or yacht arising out of the use of this boat.
I assume any risk of injury arising out of my participation in the race(s), failure or breakage of my yacht or any of my equipment or weather conditions.
I agree not to sail in hazardous conflict with Naval vessels or commercial shipping.
